Using the Orienting Stand®, position the Blessed Palm Frond Simulacrum® so that the Simulight® shines through it just as the sun would. The Simulight® has been specially made to replicate the cosmic light vibrations of the sun, and carries the same benefits. Follow the procedure that you would do during outdoor Palm Shadow Heart Lifting®: Align the shadow of the palm frond with the vertical axis of the body.

What is important here is not the shadows or light itself, but the edges of the light and shadow. This is penumbra energy, the energy of the edge of the shadow.
